Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. After leaving gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. So she became one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel stopped her professional career for a total of six years, to continue her education. She came back in 2015 and picked up her previous place of performing in elite events including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed over the course of several years following her debut, setting new targets for herself every year. She also won four fitness titles by the end 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to pursue her university degree. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The following month, she stepped onto the Olympia arena and claimed 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was not just proud of her placing. Ariel was competing with some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out to work on is her back. She usually does bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the workout sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
